Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Can I use IM's and emails against my wife in court

I suspected my wife of 12 years of an affair, so I installed PC Pandora on my pc, which she uses. I found out alot of info and have copies of everything including her giving him perscription meds that were hers. Can I use this in court and try to get custody of my 3 boys and the house, or does it take more than that?

You can't use information from surveillance that is illegally obtained. In this case, she doesn't know your are spying on her. Your attorney may obtain this same information from deposition or court testimony, however.
