Internet child pornogrophy

IN a split custody case one party is under investigation for internet kiddy porn ,should the child be given to the other parent until the charges are dismissed by a judge.

I would either deny access or have supervised visits until the charges are resolved or you may be charged with endangering your child in allowing the child to spend time with a potentially dangerous person.
