Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
I have Joint custody of my 11 year old son but last dec his mother got another divorce and she sent him to live with me which at that point he also had to change schools since then she has moved 50 miles away she is the residential parent according to the courts I need to take her back to get that changed I think I have a solid case but want a 2nd opinion

In Ohio, if you have a shared parenting decree, then you will have to get with the other parent and both agree to change it so that you will be the residential parent. If the other parent will not agree, then you need to file a Motion to Modify the Shared Parenting agreement into a Decree wherein you have custody and she has visitation. If the court finds that the new arrangement is in the best interest of the children, then the Court would likely grant it.
