If I tell the judge I now do NOT want the disillusionment will it still be grant

I have a question and my divorce is tommorrow morning at 11am so time is running out. Me and my husband have been back together now after 7 months seperation, we have been looking for a new house and sleeping together, my question is, if I go into court and tell the judge that I do NOT want the divorce now and would like marriage counceling instead, what will happen. I plan on telling the judge everything, how my husband says he loves me and can't see me right now or he'll change his mind and not go through with the divorce, the roses he has brought me, the searching for houses and the sex. we had a couple fights and now he says he loves me but it won't work out, I know it will and want to walk in and tell the judge that I don't want the divorce, can you tell me what happens then? thanks so much for your time and I pray you can get back with me before tomorrow at 11am

If your case is a dissolution, and not a divorce action, the court will specifically ask each of you if you wish your marriage terminated. If you do not want the dissolution, say so at the hearing tomorrow. However, understand that your husband may then choose to file another action seeking a divorce, which, unlike a dissolution, does not require the consent of both parties.
