Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Judgment Entries

Hello...My husband and I live in Ohio..recently my husband's ex-wife took my husband in hopes of getting a modification in child support..She did get one but in the first judgment entry, the judge made a mistake about the amount (he made it too high) and our attorney talke with him and he said yes, he did make a mistake, and for our attorny to file a ''Nunc pro tunc''......the new judgment has the correct amount of modification the judge intended in the first place but I am concerned...It is not signed by this judge who is also the one who heard the case but by another judge from Family Court.....I do not mean to be stupid, but is this allowed..??? Obviously the original judge was on vacation or something and this was signed to prevent too much money from being taken mistakenly.....Thank you so much...
