juvinile rights in paternity testing

i have been court ordered to submit my 15 year old son for dna tests by his father my husband of 23 years (leagel separtion) the father has already signed an agreement not to do dna tests but ask the court to order testing my son does not want to submit to these tests what are his rights concerning dna testing

Re: juvinile rights in paternity testing

If the court orders him to submit to the test, he must submit, or be held in contempt of court. Minors cannot refuse to obey a court order without consequences.
