kicked out child

i have a shared parenting agreement with my ex-wife for our two sons. in the past two months she has attacked 1 and has a no contact order against her. now she thrown the other out of the house, i have possesion of both children ages 17 and 14. she has told the 14 year old that she will pick him up on sunday and if he doesn't go with her she will have me arrested. he doesn't want to go back she kicked him out. so what can we do legally, can she take him.
