Law suit division

I was injured outside my workplace while I was married. I settled the suit after my divorce. Is my ex-husband still entitled to part of the settlement?

I suggest reviewing your separation agreement. Is there reference to this lawsuit or claim? Did you put in the agreement that the agreement is final and there are to be no changes? If so, I would assume no.
