Leaving state with minor child

I plan to leave my husband but I can not tell him he threatens me. We have a four year old daughter together and I plan to move to flordia can I get in trouble?

The safer method is to file for divorce, and get a restaining order, and immediate temporary custody of the child. You need this to guarantee you can keep the child. If you want to leave the state, you generally cannot do these things in the new state until you have established residency, which takes about 6 months. Without a temporary custody order, your husband can take the child without consequences at any time.
