Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

What are the legal consequences if I moved out of the house my husband and I own jointly. Can he legally force me to continue paying the bills there? I don\'t want the house. I just want to be free of a husband who has been cheating on me for years.

If there are any bills in your name or both you and your husband's name they could come after you if you do not pay.
