Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
legal malpractice of an attoney
My uncle has been involved in a very lengthy divorce going on 4 years now. His attorney isn't doing anything but bleeding him dry of money. He is on a fixed income and gets roughly 1200.00 a month and was ordered to pay 1600.00 a month is spousel support, which subsequently he can't afford and still live. He has health issues and doesn't need this kind of stress. The divorce is also interstate, which makes it difficult also. Can anyone help me or give me some advice that i can pass on to him?

No client has to keep an attorney that they are not satisfied with. The work does not have to rise to the level of malpractice.
