Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

legal prenup?

I am a stay at home mother of 2 small children. I have recently suspected my spouse of cheating. I was pregnant and scared at the time of our marriage. My husband talked me into signing a prenuptial agreement. I guess what I want to know is if it will hold up in court....it was something that he typed himself, no attorney involved, no assets or financial information listed.
