Lesbian Custody

Me and My wife are planning on having a friend of ours give us sperm for an at-home insemination. He does not want any chances of us coming back wanting child support and I do not want any chances of him coming back and trying to get custody. We also do not know which of us will end up pregnant. We want to know if we can all just sign a paper with the responsibities and the way we want things stated and then notarized or will we have to contact an attorney?

You've got several choices, here. Write up your own agreement you find copies of from reference books, or have an attorney help you. In your case, the more 'legal' the better.
