Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My license is suspended for being about 2,000 dollars behind in child support.I've been paying everytime I've been working. For the past 8 months I've been unemployed. I have a court date at the end of September. My question is can I get driving privileges so I can legally drive to get a job? I dont know how to go about doing this, if I need to apply at the court house, or if there is someone else that i need to contact. Thank you

You would need to file an action with the court that would allow you to get your driver's license back. You need to show that you must have the license in order to get a job.

I would love to assist you with this. Feel free to contact me, free of charge, at [email protected] or [email protected].

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks and have a great day.

You may want to ask the court to grant you limited driving privileges for the purposes of having a job.
