Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

life time support

I have a friend who owns his own business, he is getting divorced. They paid in taxes only his name, she wants to sue for life time support because there is no social security coming to her when she retires. They are trying to agree to an arrangement so that he doesn't have to pay life time support. If they agree to it now, and sign papers stating it that way, can her lawyer ever come back and try to get support at a later date?
