I live in Ohio and I would like to know how long a pre nup is good for? My wifes sister said to her only 5 years and it is causing us seriour problems.

In Ohio, theree is no duration period for a prenuptial agreement. It will last throughout the marriage or until it is renounced or altered by both parties.
