Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
I live in Ohio my ex wife recently remarried and I found out the other day that it is a sex offender I have an 11 year old daughter and 14 year old son that live with them he was charged with sexual imposition with motivation and burglary apparently he was breaking into houses groping women while they sleep my question is what are my odds of getting custody and should I do this is he even allowed around my kids he is no longer on probation and the events happened in 2005

In Ohio, you should file for change of custody to you and supervised visitation with the mother. Include records of the new husband's convictions. Even if you just file it as a handwritten motion, the Court will take it seriously.
