Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

i live in the state of ohio my 15 yr old daughter ran away from the residential parent the other parent and i decided that she could stay with me for a while but she does not want to go back.

do i have to go back to court or can she stay with me and not be forced to go back ot the other parent

If you and the other parent agree to this arrangement and if this affects child support, it is better to modify the agreeement through the court.
