Living with boyfriend

I live with my boyfriend in his house. He does not want to get married. If something was to happen to hum, di u have any rights to live in house until something happens to me. In his will..The house is left to his son.

No chance. If he owns the house (on the title) and is leaving it to his son (new title owner), they can throw you out.... it's just like staying at a friend's house.
