Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I have been living at my daughters house in Ohio since September, helping with kids, etc. My son in law do not get along. Last Sunday I called him a control freak and he snapped. He physically removed me from their house twice, leaving bruises on my arms and leg. And told me I had to get out. I locked myself in my bedroom and the next morning woke up to him throwing my belongings out into the snow. To make it worse he made my 11 year old and 6 year old grandsons help. I fled to Florida with everything I could fit in my little car. He is now saying if I do not have my stuff out in two weeks he is going to dispose of it. He is also saying he will never allow me to see the grandkids again. The oldest one is not even his. He has down the same to his own mother and sister. My daughter is afraid to stand up to him, and he verbally abuses everyone in the household. What are my rights if any? All of my mail goes there and he said he would throw it away. I have a truck there, but there is 2' of snow and there is no way I can get it out yet. I want my stuff out as badly as he does, but now am afraid to go back. What should I do.? Thanks

I'm not positive about this because I don't know how the local law enforcement works, but had you filed a police report at the time your were hurt, you probably could get out your belongings and truck with a police escort. I suggest you call the local public safety department. Maybe they will send you in the right direction. Otherwise contact Knox County Jobs and Family Services with the same question.
