Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

living together

i lived with a man for 13 years. we've been apart for a year. he has all my things in ohio. i'm in texas. we bought a house together. he refuses to give me anything. we've planned on getting back together a few times. in the last year. but it always fell through. now his new girlfriend is pregnant. and i'm out everything. he had a balloon payment of 92,000. which he paid off on the house. it's value is 129,000. what should i do?
