Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Hi, I have been living in a different state than my husband for eight years .I brought my youngest son who was 11 when I left,,I haven't filed for a divorce because of monetary reasons,, of course,I wanted to know if I could get him to pay for the divorce,and my credit card debt I have incured during the last eight years raising my child on my own? (about$ 4,000 )We haven't been in contact with each other for 7 years , he knows where we live in ohio and he still lives in Az.We dont own anything together or have any joint accounts , I just want this to be over and to move on with my life, my son is now 19 ,and still is living with me We also have 3 other children who were all over 18 years old when I left,I still keep in contact with them! any help you can give me would be much appreciated!! THANKS

There is a chance you could get him to pay for the divorce and you may be able to get spousal support. But, you need to get an attorney.
