Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I am currently having marital problems and dissolutionment appears imminent. There are no children. There is no house. We have furniture 95% of which I purchased prior to our marriage. My wife has not been living in our apartment for a little over 4 weeks. She has been taking pots, pans, dishes and such out of the apartment. Can I legally prevent her from doing this?

Have you both discussed divorce or dissolution since it it obvious she has separated from you? I suggest you do.
