marital separation

We have not physical lived together for 1 1/2 years. It's been two years since there has been any kind of marital relations. What is the state (Ohio) statutory waiting period for termination of marital status.

The grounds for divorce that you are referring to are "living separate and apart for more than 1 year without cohabitation". If such grounds are proved in court, and not denied, a divorce will be granted. There is no termination of marriage in Ohio without a court order.
