marital settelment agreement

I have typed my own agreement, I used a copy from a web site, my question is, does every section ie 3.Bank accounts, 4.Debts,Tax Liability, have to be included on the agreement if we have none

No. Or you can include those sections and state that there are none.

You need to make sure hat all the major areas of property and debt are addressed, even if you have nothing in a particular area. The hallmark of a proper separation agreement is full and fair disclosure of all relevant terms.
