Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Marriage

I was recently married and my wife does not want to

be married anymore. Can I get the marriage dissolved or do I have to go through a divorce proceding.

We were married on 9-14-01.

Since it has only been a short time I wasn't sure if I could just have it nulled by the courts or not.

Re: Marriage

You would have to file for an annulment or dissolution, if both you and she agree on everything. You must divide all marital property and debts in the proceeding.
