Married, Child not his, trying to divorce him
I have been seperated for 3 years - Met someone else and and pregnant now - trying to divorce husband, Colombian, ( no atty; simple dissolusion; self preperation) was just told that I cannot divorce him because I'm pregnant. What else can I do?

The information you were give was correct. Unfortunately, in Ohio you cannot be granted a divorce while you are pregnant. The best you can do is wait until you are no longer pregnant, and then file for divorce.
