Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I am married to an illegal alien. He recently was deported. I am not sure if he really is who he says he is . When he was arrested he was under a different name. Do I need a divorce or can I have my marriage annulled

You might have grounds for annulment if the marriage carried out fraudulently.
