Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
I got married 2 mos. ago, moved out 1month ago and I am seeking divorce, since an annulment is not an option. We have a 4yr.old together, and have always had a child support order in place. She just notified me since I've been gone she's now 11wks. pregnant. still want to divorce and so does she. How long will the proceedings take if she becomes uncooperative?
