Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I got married nov. 21, 2006 but

My Husband was sick thought he would get better to make some changes with the Will and other insurance papers and military papers and etc... But he didn't he past away 12/3/2006 need to find out my rights cause his sister is executor of the Will and etc. wants to throw me out was nothing

You can elect to take against the Will, and exercise your rights as a surviving spouse, including the right to $40000 in estate assets, and the right to live in the marital residence for a year. Please contact me for further information.
