Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I'm currently married and pregnant. Both my husband and I are seeking a way to not be married anymore. But I honestly don't know how that can work if I'm pregnant. I really wanted to file a dissolution, but I can't be pregnant with that. Than I wanted to file an annulment, but I can't be pregnant with that either. So what do I file?

You and your husband can dissolve your marriage while your are pregnant. He would be the acknowledged father and you both would be responsible for child support.
