Medical bills

I am a divorced father carrying the health insurance for my three kids. In the divorce decree i agreed to pay a set percentage of the medical bills for the kids. Am i legally responsible for any medical bills incurred before the final divorce decree?

Usually, the parties are responsible for the medical arrangements from the date of separation or of agreeing to divorce and not the date of the decree. This depends upon what is written in the separation agreement or shared parenting plan, however.
