Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Mental Problems

Yes my brother in-law has been experience extreme outburst of violent behavior of over a year. No one in his family seems to want to help because of what people might think. Is there any way to get him help or have his committed for observation so that he can be help or at least diagnoised? My husband and I are afraid he may hurt/kill himself or someone else. The police have been called several times but they tell him to go into the house where the episode continues. Is there anything we can do?

Re: Mental Problems

Contact the County Probate Court, Adult Protective Services. They should be able to help. If that doesn't work, try the County Community Support Srevices (CSS). Best Regards, Edward DiCato
