Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Michigan resident vs Ohio resident

I have been living apart from my husband for 5 years and out of Ohio for 4 years. I had a dissolution agreement completed but it was never filed. I now want to file for divorce and sell our house but Michigan cannot rule on out of state property. I cannot file in Ohio because I am no longer a resident. I have asked my husband to refinance the mortgage and take my name off so I can buy another, but he keeps telling me he can't or he is selling it or some other excuse. How do I get my divorce, my share of the equity and my name off the lein?
