Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

a minor female being pregnant by an adult in the state of ohio

One of my friends thinks that she is pregnant but the problem is that 16 and her fiance is 20. he lives with her and her family but what would happen if she is pregnant could he still be sent to jail without her parents pressing chagea?

As long as she was 16 when they had sex, and it was consensual, I don't believe any charges will be brought against the boyfriend.
