modification of child support
How long to you have to wait until you can ask for a modification on a child support order??? Is there a set amount of time ex: 1 year 1 month etc.????

Re: modification of child support
There must be a "substantial" change in circumstances for a modification request to be entertained by the court. That means there must be at least a 10% change up or down in the income of either party. You can file with CSEA any time.
