Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Modification - Shared Parenting Plan - Delaware County, OH

The Delaware County Clerks office told me today that they did not have forms to modify a shared parenting plan. That I would have to do my own research to figure out how to draw up the form. I just want the form, not anyone to write it for me. I live in AZ, so even going down to the courthouse to argure the point is impossible.

Please advise how I can locate forms for this county.

I can only say this one way, my friend, you definitely need a lawyer to draft a shared parenting agreement. They are complex and need to provide for many contingencies, both present and future, depending on each individual sutuation.
