Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

modify visitation

I have custody of my three teenage daughters. Their ages are 17 and 15. I have found out, by accident, that my ex is letting their boyfriends spend the night at his house on the weekends my daughters are there. To me this is a very bad thing. He has always had visitation every other weekend. He doesn't have them all summer or even one week at a time. It has always been every other weekend. What are my chances of a judge seeing it my way and changing his visitation to no more over night visits?

Thank you,

Re: modify visitation

First,I would talk to him to see if he realizes what is going on. The girls may be doing this behind his back. Then, if he refuses to see the wisdom of not letting the girls sleep around, you can file a motion. The children are old enough, however, to basically make up their own mind where they want to stay and maybe they would just elect to stay at the other house.

Good luck.
