Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Mom says child isnt the fathers; its mine

My exgirlfried had a child 9 years ago. She was seeing 2 man at the same time. She married the other man after having the child. He went to court and declared that yes it was his child (without any tests). Now the women is saying it is not his it is mine. They are taking a paternity test. What are my rights? Do I have to take the test? Will I be liable for the child even though the other man declared it his?? Thank you.

I would be curious to know how this "paternity" test is being arranged. Is this through a court proceding? If there was a court determination years ago as to the identity of the father I'm not so sure you can just go back to court again and substitute somebody else. That would lead to great instability in family relationships. I'd be curious for more details about the current situation as well as the original finding.
