my mom has custody of my daughter and i am filling for custody for my daughter back my mom got custody of my daughter in ashtabula county and i live in cuyahoga county i would like to know how and if i could have my case transfered to cuyahoga county if possible thank you

File a Petition to Transfer Case to Cuyahoga County in the Ashtabula Court of Common Pleas Domestic Relations Divison where your case originated.
