a mom of two kids wants a divorce from husband but he says she cant take the kids with her he is making them stay in the house with him and he will not allow her to leave

In Ohio, if the wife files for divorce, she can make a motion for beneficial use of the home and the Court may order the husband to leave the home and find him in contempt of court if he does not leave or otherwise follow the court's orders. If the husband is physically restraining the wife to keep her from leaving, then the police need to be called.
