Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Is there a moral responsibility to deadbeat dad?

My daughter is sole custodian of a 2 yo child, whose father she was never married to and who is a deadbeat dad. She intends to relocate to Nevada with her child and new husband. What is her responsibility to the child's father, must she inform deadbeat Dad?

Absolutely. Ohio law dictates that parents have a right to see their kids. Regardless of whether they are 'dead beats' or active church goers. If the father has any problem with it, you will need to hire an attorney and get the court's permission.
