Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Mother May move Child out of state with out notice

I recently found out that my ex-wife and costodeal parent of my daughter may be planning to move out of the state of Florida without notofing the courts. In our original devorce decree eather party must notify the courts if they plan to relocate out of state. If this were to happen what legal recourse could I take? Also if she were to relocate the state she plans to go to would be Ohio, would I be able to retreave my daughter on the fact that my ex-wife broke the costudy agreement?

Out of State move

I would recommend bringing this to the trial courts attention by filing a motion. This will have serious impact on visitation and could rise to a charge of parental kidnapping
