Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My mother past away recently and left 3 semi-challenged children. She fostered these children for 7 years and then adopted them. She was recieving aid to raise these children. When she passed, she requested that I take them in. I want to honor my mother's wishes, but I don't know if I can afford to raise them if I am not granted government aid.

Are these children still minors? If so, they may be covered under the foster care system again. Otherwise, they might qualify for adult services. I suggest contacting the public agencies that deal with the specific challenges of those children. Good luck.
