Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
My mother has temporary Guardianship over my son, because she claims i am unstable. My sons father threatened to kill me and my child and now were in court for a Domestic Violence Menacing charge against him, I requested that my mother not let my son see a man who is on trial for a threat to kill me and my child. Is there a Way i could have all guardianship revoked from them and regain my son back if they let the father see the baby?
