Motion to Dismiss

I am familiar with filing my own motions due to the fact my husband's ex is a lunatic. I just need to know the time frame for filing a Motion to Dismiss? Then do you still have to go to court on the date scheduled or wait to hear?

If you want your motion to be granted, you had better go to court when same is scheduled. Conversely, if you are opposing same, it may be granted without your appearance. When in doubt, appear.
