Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

motion to enforce agreement

i have been given papers asking the court for a motion to enforce agreement of shared parenting plan. i do not agree with the plan and have expressed this to my lawyer who tells me i have no choice but to sign.

i was sent motion through regular mail and aprox 2 days before the court date

do i have to sign and do i have any other options?

thanks Ken

Re: motion to enforce agreement

If you do not agree with the shared parenting plan you can object, but you must give a good reason. Just being pissed off with your ex is not good enough. If there is a reason to modify the shared parenting plan, then propose your own plan.

Good luck!!!!
