Are there any exceptions to the rule that: motion must be filed within 60 days prior to relocation, and copy sent to other party (post-decree)? Shared parenting, or not?

If you are suggesting that there is a fear of domestic violence or stalking once you notify the other person of an intent to leave, I suggest notifying the court.
