Moving Children out of state

After a 3 year divorce I finally got custody of the children. I would like to move the children closer to their grandparents (IL). I also would be able to get assistance from them with sitting and emotional support from them. This would allow me to hv a better job and be able to provide more for the children. Currently mom only sees the girls once a week or so (last three weeks), she has standerd visition but does not follow it. I have also not received a dime in support from her (whoo 50$ a month for three girls). My X's mother sees the kids more than she does (weekends when she doesnt). My X is currently homeless and is not working. She is also abusive to the girls still (mentaly). I think the move would be in the best intrest of the girls. My question is, is this enough to hv the courts allow the move?

You must show that the move is in the best interests of the children, and not just better for you and your career. The support issue is separate, and probably should not be emphasized.
