Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

moving again

i am a father of a son that i have resedential rights to in a share parenting plan. mother of my son lived in adjacent state to where i live with my son. well now she wants to move again to even farther state. she got a lawyer and made the motions to move and to be resident parent. should i be concerned and get a lawyer even if the judge ruled once before in my favor when she moved out of state the first time? this will be the 4th hearing in 4 years.

Re: moving again

Did you have lawyers the previous 3 times? The child is getting older and needs change. I suggest at least consulting with an attorney.
